The best source of information regarding visas and citizenship continues to be the Department of Immigration and Citizenship Website. From this website will be able to access the Visa Wizard, a tool to assist you identify the best visa options to fit your circumstances.

The Immigration Section of the Australian Embassy in Rome will continue to provide information regarding visas and citizenship. You can contact us by telephone, email or fax.

Telephone service

Our telephone hours have been extended. You can now telephone us on Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm on +39 06 8527 21.
Please note that waiting times are shorter if you ring us between 10:30am and 12:00pm.

Appointments

Appoinments to visit the Rome Visa Information Office are available on Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm by calling the Embassy on the above number.
